Signing in to FORMED

Signing in to FORMED is a little different than other sites we are used to.  They don't have a typical user id and password.  Instead, you need to provide a valid email address.  FORMED will send a login email to the email address.  After you receive the email just open the email and click the link provided.

  1. Follow this link and enter your email address. watch.formed.org/login
  2. Click Next.
  3. Check your email.
  4. The link in the email will be valid for 2 hours.
  5. If you don't click the link in your email within 2 hours you will have to start over by clicking the link above in step 1.
